We count the real length of each transcribed video (measured at upload, to the second), deducted when the transcription starts. Changing the style and re-rendering doesn’t use any minutes. Unused minutes don’t carry over to the next month.

Yes. The Créateur and Studio plans are monthly with no commitment. You change plan or cancel in one click from the Stripe portal available in the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid and your account goes back to the Free plan without losing your projects.

Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe, plus the methods Stripe offers in your country (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link). Websource never stores any card details. Invoices are available in the Stripe portal.

The app warns you at 80% of your quota. At 100%, new transcriptions are refused until the monthly reset or an upgrade to a higher plan, which takes effect immediately. Your already-transcribed projects remain editable and exportable.

Yes. The owner invites members by email; the team shares the 400 monthly minutes, shared styles, white label and API access. The number of members isn’t capped under reasonable use.
